Salisbury Steak

  1. Combine 2/3 can mushroom soup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and horseradish, then set it aside.
  2. Beat egg; add bread crumbs, onion, salt and pepper and remaining mushroom soup.
  3. Mix beef into it.
  4. Shape into patties; brown on low heat until slightly brown. Mix Golden mushroom soup, beef broth and horseradish; mix together.
  5. Place patties in cake pan.
  6. Pour soup mix over it; bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 350u0b0.
  7. Thicken gravy.
  8. Ready to serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
