Italian Meatball Stew (Crock Pot)

  1. In a large bowl combine beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, cheese, salt, pepper and garlic.
  2. Form into 2 inch balls.
  3. Place meatballs in bottom of crock pot.
  4. Combine tomato paste, broth, seasoned salt, oregano and basil.
  5. Pour mixture over meat.
  6. Cover.
  7. Cook low 4 1/2 to 5 hours.
  8. Stir in cooked vegetables.
  9. Cover and cook on high 10-15 mins til mixture is hot.
