Inside-Outside Ravioli
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
- 1 lb. jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 (7 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni, cooked
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1/4 c. oil
- Brown ground beef, onion and garlic in 1 tablespoon oil. Cook spinach according to package directions; drain well and save liquid. Add water to spinach liquid to equal 1 cup. Add spinach liquid and spaghetti sauce along with tomato paste; salt and pepper to ground beef mixture. Combine and simmer 10 minutes. Combine spinach, macaroni, cheese, bread crumbs, egg and oil. Spread macaroni mixture in 13 x 9 pan. Cover with sauce. Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes. Then serve.
