Mustard Glazed Corned Beef

  1. Place brisket in a large ovenproof Dutch oven.
  2. Add water and next 6 ingredients; bring to a boil.
  3. Cover; reduce heat and simmer 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until brisket is tender.
  4. Drain and discard cloves, garlic, bay leaves and rosemary.
  5. Return brisket to Dutch oven or place in a baking pan.
  6. Combine mustard, orange marmalade, horseradish, 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce and sugar in a small saucepan.
  7. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until bubbly.
  8. Remove from heat.
  9. Spoon 1/2 cup mustard mixture over beef brisket.
  10. Set remaining mustard mixture aside.
  11. Bake brisket, uncovered, at 350u0b0 for 15 to 20 minutes. Transfer brisket to a serving platter.
  12. If desired, garnish with orange slices and rosemary sprigs.
  13. Serve with remaining mustard mixture.
  14. Yield:
  15. 6 to 8 servings.
