Moroccan Orange And Radish Salad

  1. Peel oranges, removing white pith; slice thinly.
  2. Slice radishes thinly.
  3. Overlap alternate slices of orange and radish around edge of serving plate; overlap remaining slices in center.
  4. Top with onion and olives; drizzle with dressing.
  5. Lemon dressing:
  6. Combine all ingredients in screw-top jar; shake well.
