Sweet And Sour Beef Cabbage Soup

  1. In a Dutch oven, combine all ingredients except flour and oil. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
  2. Reduce heat.
  3. Simmer, uncovered, until vegetables are tender.
  4. Combine flour and oil until well blended; stir into the soup.
  5. Simmer until slightly thickened.
  6. Serve hot.
  7. Yields 8 to 10 servings.
