Oatmeal-Applesauce Walnut Bread(This Is A Low-Fat Bread.)

  1. Combine brown sugar and egg in a large bowl, beating at medium speed of an electric mixer until smooth.
  2. Stir in applesauce. Sift together flour, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon. Gradually add to egg mixture, stirring to blend.
  3. Add 1 1/2 cups oats, raisins, walnuts and oil; stirring well.
