Broccoli-Cheese Soup

  1. Place onion and butter in 1 1/2-quart microwave-safe casserole.
  2. Cook at High, uncovered, for 1 minute.
  3. Stir in gravy, milk, broccoli, pepper and nutmeg.
  4. Cook, covered, at High for 2 minutes; stir.
  5. Cover and cook 2 to 3 minutes longer or until broccoli is tender.
  6. Stir in cheese.
  7. Cover and cook at Medium (50%) for 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  8. Stir. Garnish with stuffing mix, if desired.
  9. Makes 2 servings.
