Pineapple Upside Down Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0 .
  2. Pour melted butter in 13 x 9 pan .
  3. Sprinkle on the brown sugar.
  4. Lay the pineapple rings evenly over the brown sugar. If there are any left break into pieces and fill in the spaces in the pan .
  5. Combine cake mix, eggs, milk and oil and mix well with an electric mixer for two minutes on medium speed until batter is smooth .
  6. Pour batter evenly over pineapple and brown sugar.
  7. Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes or until cake tests done .
  8. Let cake cool in pan for 30 minutes .
  9. place cake platter over pan and invert cake onto cake platter.
