Impossible Taco Pie

• 1 lb. ground beef
• 1/2 c. chopped onions
• 1 envelope (1 1/4 oz.) taco seasoning mix
• 3 eggs
• 2 tomatoes, sliced
• 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chillies
• 1 1/4 c. milk
• 3/4 c. Bisquick mix
• 1 c. shredded Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese

1. Heat oven to 400u0b0.
2. Grease pie plate (10 x 1 1/2-inch).
3. Cook and stir beef and onions until brown; drain.
4. Stir in seasoning mix; spread into plate.
5. Top with chillies.
6. Beat milk, baking mix and eggs until smooth, 15 seconds, in blender or 1 minute with mixer.
7. Pour into plate.
8. Bake 25 minutes.
9. Top with sliced tomatoes and cheese, then bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 8 to 10 minutes or longer.
10. Cool 5 minutes. Serve with sour cream, chopped tomatoes, shredded lettuce and Cheddar cheese.
