Spirited Pumpkin Pie

  1. preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Whisk first ten ingredients in large bowl until smooth.
  3. Whisk in all remaining ingredients.
  4. Pour filling into prepared (baked and cooled) pie crust.
  5. Bake pie 20 minutes.
  6. Reduce oven temperature to 325 degrees F.
  7. Bake until filling no longer moves in center when dish is shaken, about 30 minutes longer.
  8. Transfer pie to rack and cool completely.
