Potato Refrigerator Rolls
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 1/2 cups warm water - (110 - 115 degrees)
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2/3 cup soft shortening
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup lukewarm (unseasoned) mashed potatoes
- 7 - 7 1/2 cups Gold Medal flour
- 1- (8 oz) Light sour cream
- 1/3 cup buttermilk
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup white corn meal
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 cups flour
- 3 cups mashed (over ripe) bananas
- 3 Tbsp water
- Dash of Nutmeg
- 1/2 cup chopped Nuts (optional)
- Place into greased loaf pan (1 large or 2 small).
- Bake at 375u0b0 (55 - 60 minutes for large and 30 - 35 minutes for small).
