One Pan Tomato Basil Chicken

  1. in a large skillet, saute rice in margarine until golden brown over medium heat.
  2. Stir in water and special seasonings; bring to a boil over high heat.
  3. Cover and reduce heat to low.
  4. Simmer 10 minutes.
  5. Stir in broccoli, chicken, tomato and basil.
  6. Cover, simmer 5-10 minutes more or until most of the liquid is absorbed.
  7. Sprinkle with cheese if desired.
