Mini Sandwiches For A Crowd

  1. Cut rolls crosswise in half.
  2. Mix condiments together (Mustard and Mayonnaise for Turkey, Mayonnaise and Garlic Powder) and spread cut sides of rolls.
  3. Cut cheese slices to size.
  4. Fill rolls evenly with meat, cheese, lettuce and tomatoes.
  5. Secure each sandwich with long wooden toothpick.
  6. Stack on large platter. Cover and refrigerate until served.
