Sauce Piquante

  1. Season meat and brown in olive oil.
  2. Add onions and bell peppers.
  3. Simmer for 3 to 4 minutes.
  4. Add tomato sauce, celery soup, mushroom soup, relish, olives, Kitchen Bouquet, parsley and water.
  5. Cook until meat is tender.
  6. Add bay leaves.
  7. Cook for 10 minutes and remove.
  8. Season to taste with red and black peppers, garlic powder, Season-All salt, lemon pepper, Tony Chachere Creole seasoning.
