Mama'S Shrimp Creole

  1. In a large saucepan, combine tomatoes and seasonings.
  2. Add vegetables and stir until thoroughly moistened. Cook over medium-high heat until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally. Combine cornstarch and water.
  3. Add shrimp.
  4. Heat and stir just until boiling.
  5. Remove bay leaf. Serve over rice.
  6. Makes 6 servings.
