Jambalaya

  1. Saute
  2. sausages
  3. in greased Dutch oven over medium heat until well
  4. browned.
  5. Transfer
  6. to
  7. plate.
  8. Discard drippings from pot. Add
  9. margarine; heat.
  10. Add onion. Cook over medium-low heat
  11. 2 minutes.
  12. Add
  13. garlic. Cook 3 minutes.
  14. Add green and
  15. red pepper,
  16. tomatoes
  17. (drained),
  18. thyme,
  19. chili powder, ground red pepper and sugar. Cook, covered, over low heat for 15 minutes.
