Blueberry (Or Raisin) Bran Muffins

  1. In bowl, stir lemon juice into milk to sour it.
  2. Stir in egg, oil and molasses.
  3. Set aside.
  4. In another large bowl, combine bran, both flours, sugar, lemon zest, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  5. Add milk mixture and blueberries or raisins.
  6. Spoon mixture into muffin pan sprayed with nonstick spray.
  7. Bake at 375 F for 20-25 minutes.
