Marshmallow Cloud Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 400u0b0.
  2. Keep marshmallows frozen until ready to use (they thaw quickly).
  3. Combine flour, cocoa and soda.
  4. Set aside.
  5. Combine sugars; blend in butter.
  6. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat until light and fluffy.
  7. Add flour mixture and chocolate chips.
  8. Blend at low speed.
  9. Batter will be stiff.
  10. Gather 4 to 5 frozen marshmallows in your hand.
  11. Cover with heaping teaspoonful of dough.
  12. Wrap marshmallows in dough, making a 2 inch ball.
  13. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
  14. Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
