Cherry Top Cheese Cake

  1. Spray 9x13 glass pan with Pam. Preheat oven to 300u0b0. Reserve 1 cup of dry cake mix.
  2. In large bowl, combine remaining cake mix, oil and 1 egg (mixture will be crumbly).
  3. Press crust mixture evenly into bottom of glass dish.
  4. In same bowl, blend cream cheese, sugar, 3 eggs and reserved cake mixture.
  5. Beat 1 min. at medium speed.
  6. At low speed, add milk and flavorings until smooth. Pour into crust and bake at 300u0b0 for 45-55 mins. until center is firm.
  7. When cool, top with pie filling. Chill before serving. Store in refrigerator or freezer, covered with foil.
