Fish With Lemon Spinach

  1. Cook and stir onions and margarine until tender.
  2. Stir in flour.
  3. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until mixture is smooth and bubbly; remove from heat.
  4. Stir in milk and instant bouillon.
  5. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
  6. Boil and stir 1 minute.
  7. Arrange fillets in an oblong baking dish.
  8. Sprinkle with salt.
  9. Spoon spinach around fish; drizzle lemon juice over spinach.
  10. Spoon sauce evenly onto fish and spinach.
  11. Cook uncovered in a 350u0b0 oven until fish flakes with fork, about 20 to 25 minutes.
  12. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika.
  13. Makes 8 servings.
