Egg, Bacon, Mushroom, And Cheese Casserole

  1. Preheat the oven to 350u0b0; butter a shallow 2-quart casserole.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the bacon until crisp; drain well and crumble.
  3. Add the green onions and 1 tablespoon butter to the pan and cook for 2 minutes, stirring.
  4. Add the mushrooms and cook for 2 to 3 minutes more, then remove from the heat.
  5. In a medium bowl, beat the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together.
  6. Stir in the cheese and mushroom mixture.
  7. Pour into the prepared dish and bake, uncovered, for 30-35 minutes, or until puffed and set.
