Confetti Crab Dip(Microwave)

  1. Place cream cheese in a 1-quart casserole.
  2. Microwave, uncovered, at High for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, or until softened. Stir well.
  3. Stir in crabmeat, green onions, mayonnaise, sour cream and seasonings.
  4. Cover with heavy-duty plastic wrap; microwave at High for 2 to 3 minutes, or until thoroughly heated, stirring after 1 minute.
  5. Stir in pimiento and wine.
  6. Sprinkle with chopped fresh chives.
  7. Serve warm dip with assorted crackers.
  8. Yields 3 1/2 cups.
