Noodles Florentine

  1. Cook
  2. noodles according to package directions and place in casserole.
  3. Cook
  4. spinach according to package directions; set aside.
  5. Combine
  6. melted butter,olive oil, garlic, nutmeg, pepper and
  7. lemon
  8. juice
  9. and pour over spinach, tossing well. Now add spinach mixture and cheeses, reserving 1/4 cup of the Italian grated
  10. cheese to the cooked noodles in the casserole. Toss lightly.
  11. Sprinkle remaining cheese over top.
  12. Bake for 5 minutes at 475u0b0 or until cheese is melted.
