Island Pork Chops

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet.
  2. Brown pork chops on both sides. Remove from pan and keep warm.
  3. Melt butter in same skillet.
  4. Add green onion and garlic.
  5. Saute until soft.
  6. Stir in flour, curry powder, chicken broth, salt, pepper and pineapple with juice. Bring mixture to a boil.
  7. Return pork chops to pan.
  8. Cover. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  9. Add snow peas.
  10. Cook for a few minutes until tender.
