Praline Eggnog Pie
- 2 envelopes Knox unflavored gelatine
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 2 c. prepared eggnog
- 1/3 c. praline liqueur
- 1 Tbsp. rum
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 c. whipping or heavy cream, whipped
- 9-inch graham crust
- ground nutmeg
- whole berry cranberry sauce, drained
- In medium saucepan, mix unflavored gelatine with sugar.
- Blend in egg yolks, beaten with 1 cup eggnog.
- Let stand 1 minute.
- Stir over low heat until gelatine is completely dissolved, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in remaining eggnog, liqueur, rum and vanilla. Pour into large bowl and chill, stirring occasionally, until mixture mounds slightly when dropped from spoon.
- Fold in whipped cream.
- Turn into prepared crust; sprinkle with nutmeg.
- Chill until firm.
- Garnish with cranberry sauce.
