Creamy Taco
- 2 lb. ground chuck or ground round
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can tomatoes (whole style)
- 1 can Ro-Tel
- 1 can hot chili
- 1 can regular chili
- 2 cans chili hot beans or Ranch Style beans
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 1/2 pt. whipping cream
- Fritos or Doritos
- Brown meat and onion, adding 3/4 cup water after it has browned.
- (You may have to add a little cooking oil to brown the meat and onion.
- If you do, be sure and drain before adding the taco seasoning and water.)
- Add remaining ingredients except Fritos or Doritos.
- Cook over medium/low heat until cheese is melted and mixture is hot or it can be cooked in a crock-pot on low until ready to serve.
- Serves as follows:
- Place Fritos or Doritos on plate and cover with desired amount of Creamy Taco mixture.
- Serves 8.
