Cha Gio

  1. Rinse bean thread in water and soften in hot water for 10 minutes.
  2. Drain and cut thread stack a few times to shorten threads to about 1-inch.
  3. Dice or process onion and carrots to medium grain size (rice, not salt).
  4. Combine bean thread, onion, carrots, egg, seasoning and meat in large something or another.
  5. Mixing with hands works best, but chop sticks work great, too.
  6. Fork?
  7. I dunno. Try it.
