Sweet-Sour Meatballs(Makes 6 Servings - 1978)

  1. In small saucepan, over low heat, dissolve 2 teaspoons bouillon in water.
  2. In large bowl, combine beef, crumbs, onion, bouillon liquid and egg; mix well.
  3. Shape into 18 meatballs.
  4. In large skillet, brown meatballs; pour off fat.
