Baked Mostaccioli

  1. Brown ground beef, onion, green pepper and garlic; drain.
  2. Add undrained tomatoes, sauce, paste, undrained mushrooms, water and all spices.
  3. Bring to a boil; reduce heat.
  4. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove bay leaf and add cooked noodles.
