Lo-Fat Cheesecake

  1. Spray spring-form pan bottom and 2-inches on sides with Pam. Sprinkle with graham crackers and 1 tablespoon sugar; pat down. Drain cottage cheese several times.
  2. Transfer to food processor with cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, sour cream, eggs, egg whites and flour.
  3. Process until smooth.
  4. Pour into pan.
  5. Crush walnuts; mix with mini-chocolate chips and sprinkle on cake.
  6. Bake at 300u0b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
  7. Turn off and leave in oven for 1/2 hour.
  8. Cool completely.
