Mexican Layer Casserole

  1. Crumble ground beef into 2-quart glass bowl.
  2. Add onion. Microwave (High), uncovered, 5 to 6 minutes or until meat is set; stir once.
  3. Stir to break meat into small pieces; drain.
  4. Stir in beans, tomato sauce, sauce mix and water.
  5. Microwave (High), uncovered, 6 to 7 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
  6. Stir once. Place chips in 12 x 8-inch glass baking dish; crush slightly. Spoon hot meat mixture evenly onto chips.
  7. Sprinkle with cheese and olives.
  8. Microwave (High), uncovered, 2 to 2 1/2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  9. Garnish with lettuce and tomato.
  10. Serves 6 to 8.
