Deviled Pecan Ball
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 (2 1/2 oz.) can deviled ham
- 2 Tbsp. pimento, chopped
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. onion, grated
- 1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 3/4 tsp. paprika
- 2 to 4 drops hot sauce
- 2 c. pecans, chopped
- Combine first 3 ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Stir in remaining ingredients except pecans.
- Chill 2 hours or until firm.
- Divide mixture to make 2 balls or maybe leave together to make 1 large ball.
- Roll in pecans and chill until ready to serve.
- Serve with your favorite crackers.
