Fried Rice With Leftovers(Very Good!!!)

  1. Fry rice in skillet over high heat, stirring all the time, until brown.
  2. Scrape into 4-quart pan with lid.
  3. Add all ingredients, bringing to a boil.
  4. Boil for 1 minute. Turn to low heat and cover tightly.
  5. Don't lift lid for 25 minutes.
  6. Stir and serve.
