Chole(A Spicy Food)

  1. Cut tomatoes and onions into big pieces.
  2. Crush tomatoes and onions in blender together.
  3. Heat butter in a pot.
  4. Put crushed tomatoes-onion mixture into pot and add water.
  5. Cook 2 minutes. Add ginger, lemon juice and channa masala; cook 3 minutes.
  6. Add chickpeas and salt to taste.
  7. Add garam masala and cook for 5 minutes.
  8. Decorate with tomatoes, green chilies and coriander. Serve hot with middle eastern bread.
