Bacon And Cheese Puff Pie

  1. From crust in ungreased 9-inch pie plate with dinner rolls. Sprinkle with bacon, top with tomato slices.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place cheese slices on top.
  4. Beat egg whites until stiff and put aside.
  5. In large bowl, combine yolks, sour cream, flour, salt and pepper.
  6. Blend well.
  7. Gently fold in whites until a few lumps remain.
  8. Do not over-blend.
  9. Pour into crust over cheese. Sprinkle with paprika.
  10. Bake at 350u0b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife comes out clean and crust is brown.
  11. Can be refrigerated up to 4 hours before baking.
  12. Can substitute onion salt for salt in puff topping.
