Italian Spaghetti Sauce
- 1 large can tomato puree
- 1 large can tomatoes
- 1 can tomato paste
- 3 to 5 cans tomato sauce
- 2 lb. hamburg
- 1 pkg. pepperoni
- 1 pkg. sausage (optional)
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. red pepper
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. sweet basil
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 large green pepper, diced
- Use small, tender dandelion leaves.
- Wash well; soak in very cold water for 1 to 2 hours.
- Cook hard-boiled eggs (1 per serving).
- Drain and toss with favorite dressing.
- Serve with sliced hard-boiled eggs.
- Add bacon bits.
