Italian Spaghetti Sauce

  1. Use small, tender dandelion leaves.
  2. Wash well; soak in very cold water for 1 to 2 hours.
  3. Cook hard-boiled eggs (1 per serving).
  4. Drain and toss with favorite dressing.
  5. Serve with sliced hard-boiled eggs.
  6. Add bacon bits.
