Country Dijon Salad Dressing

  1. Beat mustard, juice, sugar, herbs and vinegar in large bowl with wire whisk until well blended.
  2. Add oil gradually, whisking constantly until well blended; cover.
  3. Refrigerate several hours to allow flavors to blend.
