Ginger Negroni
- 1/2 inch piece ginger, minced
- 1 1/2 ounces sweet vermouth
- Ice
- 1 1/2 ounces gin
- 1 1/2 ounces Campari
- Orange slices
- Add the ginger, 1/2 ounce sweet vermouth and ice to a cocktail shaker and muddle.
- Add more ice, more sweet vermouth, gin and the Campari.
- Shake to combine.
- Pour over an ice filled rocks glass.
- Top off with water and garnish with orange slices.
