Stuffed burger w/bacon

  1. Mix everything except the cheese & bacon in a large bowl.
  2. Form the mixture into patties but reserve some of the meat for the tops.
  3. I got 6 good sized patties.
  4. Press a well into the center of each patty without breaking the bottom.
  5. Put some cheese into the well and then cover with some of the meat you saved.
  6. Wrap each burger with the bacon, I used a slice and half per patty.
  7. Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes.
  8. Be prepared for the kitchen to smell crazy good!
  9. Serve on buns with the usual toppings.
