Spicy Blue Cheese-Topped Rib Eyes

  1. Combine blue cheese, cream cheese, jalapeno pepper, green onion and vinegar; set aside.
  2. Combine parsley, oil and garlic in a heavy zip-lock plastic bag.
  3. Add steaks and squeeze bag to coat steaks with parsley mixture; seal bag.
  4. Let stand for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove steaks from bag.
  6. Grill steaks over medium heat on barbecue to desired doneness.
  7. Serve steaks topped with blue cheese mixture.
