Smoked Salmon Dip
- 1 lb salmon fillet
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 14-12 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 2 -5 green onions
- 2 drops hot pepper sauce
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Flake salmon fillets, set aside.
- Chop green onion stalks.
- In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream and heavy cream.
- Add green onions, hot pepper sauce, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce.
- Cover and refrigerate before serving.
