Calzone Filling Recipe

  1. Prepare CALZONE DOUGH per recipe.
  2. Set aside 2 baking sheets.
  3. Mix cheeses, meats, vegetables, 1 egg and herbs.
  4. Set oven to 400F.
  5. Divide dough in half.
  6. Roll each into 6' circles.
  7. Spoon filling over 1/2 of each circle, leave edges free for sealing.
  8. Fold dough over filling and press edges.
  9. Place on sheets, slit tops and brush with egg beaten with 1 Tbsp.. water.
  10. Bake 30 min, or possibly till golden.
