Simple Sticky Rice Flour Crepe
- 100 grams Shiratamako
- 150 ml Milk
- 1 Egg
- 1 Margarine (butter also OK)
- 1 Pancake syrup
- 1 Powdered sugar
- Add the milk to the shiratamako a little at a time and expand.
- Next, add the egg and mix well.
- Apply a thin coating of oil to a frying pan and pour in the batter in a thin rounded shape.
- Cook both sides.
- Transfer your cooked crepes to a plate and top with margarine and syrup.
- Create layers of crepe -> margarine -> syrup and repeat.
- Dust with sifted powdered sugar and it's complete!
