Simple Sticky Rice Flour Crepe

  1. Add the milk to the shiratamako a little at a time and expand.
  2. Next, add the egg and mix well.
  3. Apply a thin coating of oil to a frying pan and pour in the batter in a thin rounded shape.
  4. Cook both sides.
  5. Transfer your cooked crepes to a plate and top with margarine and syrup.
  6. Create layers of crepe -> margarine -> syrup and repeat.
  7. Dust with sifted powdered sugar and it's complete!
