MINUTE RICE Vegetarian Chili

  1. COOK onion, garlic, pepper and celery in oil until tender crisp.
  2. ADD tomatoes, kidney beans, corn and chili powder.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. STIR in rice.
  5. Cover, remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
