tofu/cortege cheese saute

  1. Cut all ingredients into small peices
  2. Boil water.
  3. Put brocolli and zucchini in hot water for 10 min
  4. Heat olive oil in pan and put oregano in it.
  5. Put cottage cheese and saute for 1 minute.
  6. Put diced onion, bell pepper,broccoli, zucchini
  7. Put burnt chilli garlic dressing with salt to taste and saute for 1 minutes
  8. Serve hot
