Caramel Apple Salad

  1. Drain the pineapple.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the caramel sauce, the cider vinegar and the crushed pineapple.
  3. Peel the apples, one at a time, and cut into 1/2 inch cubes.
  4. Stir the apple into the sauce to prevent browning.
  5. Repeat until all the apples have been added.
  6. Combine the remaining ingredients, blending well.
  7. Refrigerate 2-4 hours.
