Oven Fried Chicken
- 8 pieces chicken
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp lemon pepper
- 1/2 stick butter
- Pre-heat the oven to 425F.
- Rinse the chicken pieces and pat dry.
- Mix the flour, salt and lemon pepper in a bowl.
- Toss the chicken pieces in the flour mixture and place on a baking sheet.
- Cut the butter into 16 small pieces and place two pieces on each piece of chicken.
- Bake at 425F for 30 minutes then reduce the heat to 350 and bake for an additional 45 minutes or until a thermometer reads 180F.
