Grannies Butter Tarts Recipe

• 1/2 c. brown sugar
• 1/4 c. corn syrup
• 1/2 c. Sultana raisins
• 1/4 c. nuts, minced (walnuts)
• 1 1/2 teaspoon vinegar
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 egg
• 3 tbsp. butter

1. Cream sugar and butter and add in rest of ingredients.
2. Pour into small pastry lined tart pans.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min or possibly till crust is light brown.
4. Makes 1 to 1 1/2 dozen tarts.
