Coconut Creamiest Pie

  1. Pour 2 c milk and both packages of pudding mix in bowl.
  2. With mixer or whisk, mix until thickened (about 2 minutes).
  3. Stir in coconut flakes.
  4. Pour into prepared pie shell.
  5. Meringue:.
  6. Whip egg whites in glass bowl until stiff peaks form.
  7. Mix in sugar.
  8. Stir in 1/2 c coconut flakes.
  9. Spread over pie.
  10. Sprinkle with remaing coconut.
  11. Bake in 325 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
  12. Keep pie refrigerated.
